Caitlin Shear (Northern Virginia)Caitlin's Photo

A product of academic, artsy parents, Caitlin began organizing for self preservation. She left a successful career as an event planner when her second child was born. For a good time, she shops the container aisle at Target. Caitlin holds degrees from Smith College and Harvard University.

Olivia Acree (Richmond Metro)Olivia's Photo

With a tendency to pile and not file, Olivia had to develop creative systems to manage her family of five. Before kids, she organized students and teachers as a school psychologist. She reads "Real Simple" magazine, but knows it's not real or simple. Olivia holds degrees from UVA and William & Mary.

Ellen Dickman

Ellen's Photo "Less is more" is Ellen's favorite line. When she's not on the tennis court, she enjoys sorting out kitchen "junk" drawers and helping friends organize their pantries and cabinets. A busy mom of two daughters, Ellen is passionate about balancing space and design. So beware cobwebbed attics, dingy basements and crammed crawlspaces-resistance is futile! Originally from Virginia Beach, Ellen is a Fine Arts graduate of the College of William and Mary.

Nicole Nicastro

Nicole's PhotoNicole comes from a family of 11 and is a rare Northern Virginia native. Growing up in the midst of kid-chaos required that she develop sanity-saving organizing strategies! She is a skilled multi-tasker and always has creative projects going on at home. When she's not organizing her husband and three kids, she can often be found in family and friends' cabinets, closets, and garages encouraging them to be ruthless and purge! Nicole holds a degree from UVA.

Mary Beth Quick

Mary Beth's PhotoMary Beth is a native Floridian but a northerner at heart. Working as a preschool teacher, she quickly learned how to make a space fun, organized and easy to maintain (even for a two-year-old!) She owned and ran both a floral-arranging business and a music and movement business until her kids came along. Mary Beth now focuses on volunteering in the school and helping people reclaim their spaces so they can fully enjoy them. Laughter is an essential part of the process! Mary Beth is a graduate of the University of Florida - Go Gators! Mary Beth has also earned a Certificate of Study in Chronic Disorganization from the NSGCD (National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization).

"You are such a great resource.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help, advice and patience. You have a real talent I am not sure how to define.  You are excellent organizer -but you have a knack for the intangible as aspects of life."
