Caitlin Shear
A product of academic, artsy parents, Caitlin began organizing for self preservation.
She left a successful career as an event planner when her second child was born.
For a good time, she shops the container aisle at Target. Caitlin holds degrees
from Smith College and Harvard University.
Olivia Acree
With a tendency to pile and not file, Olivia had to develop creative systems to
manage her family of five. Before kids, she organized students and teachers as a
school psychologist. She reads "Real Simple" magazine, but knows it's not real or
simple. Olivia holds degrees from UVA and William & Mary.
Amanda Hartless
We call Amanda a Jill-of-all-trades. Before joining us, she worked in banking, graphic design, and a local preschool with kids with special needs. She's environmentally conscious and knows how to recycle almost anything. Her energy and sense of humor make our organizing sessions fly!
Hunter Moum
Hunter's interior design expertise makes her a natural at staging, and she truly knows how to merge form and function when she organizes. Her three kids taught her multi-tasking and the art of simple systems. She's a James Madison graduate, a life-long Richmonder, and a devoted wine aficionado.
Mona Harrison
Born and raised in small town North Carolina (Go Tarheels!), Mona's southern charm is palpable. Her experiences in editing and church work make her a natural at encouraging and helping others with organizing decisions. She loves her grandbabies, a good book, and chatting online about "All My Children."

“Before A Sorted Affair, my house
was chaos. Now I can find what I
need when I need it, and so can
my kids. I feel calm and in control.
And I love coming home!”
Lisa C., Richmond
“When I downsized from 2400 sf
to 1600, I filled a room with boxes
floor to ceiling. A Sorted Affair
helped me make decisions, took
my donations, and arranged my
sitting room into a space I love!”
Suzanne W., Richmond
“A Sorted Affair turned my master
suite in to an organized oasis!
They came up with ideas I never
would have considered, including
a comfy seating area by the
window. Now I actually enjoy
my bedroom!”
Annie A., Richmond
"Through the help of A Sorted
Affair, I am now able to better use
my office space. The clutter is
gone and everything has a home.
I couldn't have done it without
you."
C. Nesmith, Richmond
